He covers off on some of the biological reasons behind decision-making – what your gut is telling you – as well as the foundation for a new way of communicating with the world. One of the more interesting ideas in the video relates to businesses and consumers. Sinek, contends that businesses shouldn’t try to sell to people who need what they have, but rather to people who believe what they believe.
