What:

A new marketing model is emerging that is built on relationships between brands and people, and is less dependent on the advertising, promotion and persuasion approach that has dominated mass marketing for the past 50 years. This site will help to deepen the understanding of changes that are taking place in why, where and how effective and meaningful marketing happens.

Who:

While the Relationship Era idea contains threads from a larger body of thinking and scholarship, Doug Levy is largely responsible for bringing the thoughts together under the Relationship Era umbrella. Doug has also dedicated resources to help guide the growth and dissemination of Relationship Era thinking more broadly in the marketplace, including the initial build and management of RelationshipEra.com.
